Technology Transfer
It is the process in which skills, knowledge, technologies, manufacturing methods, manufacturing samples and facilities are transferred between governments or universities and other private institutions to ensure that scientific and technological advances are accessible to a larger number of users who can further develop and exploit these technologies in new products, processes, applications, materials or services.
To this end, we take care of the registration of contracts between local and foreign companies, drafting, negotiating and registering them with the INPI.
Although there is no legal obligation, there are significant tax benefits to be gained from this registration, which generally involves registering, assigning or licensing trademarks, patents, industrial models and/or designs and/or know-how.
