It must be New (in the sense that it has not been published or used publicly at a National or International level), Non-obvious and Applicable in Industry. The benefits of its protection have to do with the security of the protection itself and the economic gain from exploitation by third parties.<\/p><p>Inventions are protected by property titles. These titles protect the product of inventive activities with industrial application by means of the Patent of Invention.<\/p><p>It confers on the owner a monopoly on the industrial and commercial exploitation of the patented invention for 20 years against payment of the corresponding annual fee.<\/p><p>In order for an invention to be patentable, according to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/servicios.infoleg.gob.ar\/infolegInternet\/anexos\/25000-29999\/27289\/norma.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patent Law<\/a>, it has to be:<\/p><ul><li>Absolute novelty at national and world level.<\/li><li>be the result of an inventive step, providing a solution to a technical problem which is not obvious to experts.<\/li><li>Be industrial in nature.<\/li><\/ul><p>A Patent search may be carried out in the INPI database.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-609c15d e-con-full e-flex
