instala\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o transferidos entre governos ou universidades e outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es privadas para garantir que os avan\u00e7os cient\u00edficos e tecnol\u00f3gicos sejam acess\u00edveis a um n\u00famero maior de usu\u00e1rios que possam desenvolver e explorar essas tecnologias em novos produtos, processos, aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, materiais ou servi\u00e7os.<\/p><p>Para isso, cuidamos do registro de contratos entre empresas locais e estrangeiras, elaborando, negociando e registrando-os no INPI.<\/p><p>Embora n\u00e3o haja obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legal, h\u00e1 benef\u00edcios fiscais significativos a serem obtidos com esse registro, que geralmente envolve o registro, a cess\u00e3o ou o licenciamento de marcas, patentes, modelos industriais e\/ou designs e\/ou know-how.<\/p><p><strong>Regulamentos:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wipo.int\/edocs\/lexdocs\/laws\/es\/ar\/ar094es.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei 22.426 e Decreto
